16 contributions to 🇺🇸 Skool IRL: Denver
Awesome IRL event on Saturday!
Hi all, I swear I commented somewhere pointing to each of our communities - but anyway, my wife Tamara and I really enjoyed meeting you in person, @Chris Jeub , @Alistair Hawkes , and @Zachary Wilson ! Hopefully see you again when we visit CO again in May!

It was so great to meet you both! Hey! You're here in Skool!! Woo hoo!
✨ Denver IRL Meetup Recap (And We’re Just Getting Started…)
What a great group of Denver IRL folks this morning. Seriously. We had a small but mighty crew show up in person: @Zachary Wilson @Alistair Hawkes @Chris Shackelford @Chris Jeub (and a couple of tag-alongs ☕🍪) Between us, we’re representing the Authenticity, Therapy, CRM, and Glamping spaces on Skool. Pretty diverse mix—and honestly, that’s part of the magic. We talked Skool strategy, ideas for growing our platforms, visions for our communities, and where we each hope to take what we’re building in 2025 and into 2026. All over coffee, cookies, and good conversation. One BIG takeaway: specific calls to action: 👉 Follow each other’s Skool pages 👉 Like or comment inside the communities (both Denver IRL and in those that we run) Even if you’re never going to join someone else’s group (I mean, unless you own land and want to rent out tents, I don't expect you to join a "glamping" community 😉), having local Skoolers supporting local Skoolers matters more than we realize. The 90 minutes flew by. It was genuinely good to put faces to names and build something real, in real life. And to everyone who messaged me this week saying the holiday chaos got in the way—I get it. Truly. Christmas is crazy busy. But consider this an open invitation: we’d LOVE to see you in January! This is just getting started. @Goose Dunlavey @Tony Loew

Great group!
One week to Christmas. 🎄How is that even possible?
If you’re feeling the chaos right now — family commitments, end-of-year stuff, schedules stacked on schedules — I get it. I’ve got a big family (pic attached), and December always feels like controlled turbulence at best. And yet… this Saturday is our Colorado IRL, and I genuinely don’t want to miss it. I’m coming because I really want to meet YOU — other Skoolers who are trying to build something meaningful. Different niches, different ideas, different paths… but the same instinct: “I don’t just want to build online — I want real connection too.” That’s what drew me to Skool in the first place. And honestly, that’s what excites me most about an IRL like this. No pitch. No performance. Just humans behind the profiles, in the same room drinking Christmas lattes, sharing what they’re working on and why it matters to them. I know December makes everything harder. Totally understood if it doesn’t work. But if you can carve out the time — even briefly — I think it’ll be worth it. For me, this is about building something a little more local, a little more grounded, and a lot more human than the global internet alone can offer. I’m really looking forward to Saturday, 9am, at SloHi. Hope to see some of you there.

I love that this group is getting some love!!
Quick reminder: we’re meeting TOMORROW MORNING at 9:30am ☕️
I’ve been texting back and forth with many of you, and I just want to say—this is a GREAT group of people. Lots of joy, life, and interesting things happening all over Colorado (and even beyond). I really appreciated everyone who took a moment to respond. I totally get that this is a BUSY time of year. Between holidays, family, travel, and end-of-year chaos, not everyone will be able to make it—and that’s COMPLETELY OKAY. I’ve even heard from folks as far away as New Mexico who are interested in joining us in January, which is pretty cool. For those who ARE able to come tomorrow, I’m really looking forward to meeting you IRL. I’ll take a few photos, share them here afterward, and post some of the ideas we come up with as we think through what a LOCAL, IN-REAL-LIFE Skool community could look like. See some of you in the morning—and for everyone else, thanks for being part of the conversation. IRL Coffee and Convo at SloHi 12/20/25 @ 9:30am - 11am 4434 W. 29th Ave Denver

See you there!
Feeling strange about Saturday's IRL?
Hey all! I’m a former teacher who’s now eyeball-deep in building a creative, niche real-estate business. It’s fun. It’s strange/weird. And I love it. But what I really want is community — not just an audience. I’ve got momentum across YouTube, Instagram, email, podcasts… but I kept wishing there was one place where it could all come together. That’s what Skool is for me. And here’s what gets even stranger/weirder: it isn’t just building your community — it’s being inside a community of other builders, across totally different niches, who are trying to do the same thing. Are you feeling similar? I suspect so. I'm pumped about meeting you in person on Saturday. It'll be a little strange/weird, but I bet we'll get over that quickly. I look forward to meeting you on the 20th!

Hey. It's really not weird at all. It's like getting together with people you already know lol See you there!
