@Rachael Johnson I love this insight! I don't know anything about YT "success metrics" but I would definitely say here, if you can make them short so that you actually finish them, I bet it would be so much more valuable than longer ones that you hate making (editing)!!

This or that - Planning Edition
Thought we'd do something a little different today and got the inspiration from the Skoolers community. Cant remember the lovely person's name who posted it. I'll drop a this or that in the comments. @Toni Kuebler definitely no. My list is a list for a while, then I forget about it and either complete it without realizing or decide to throw it out and start over 😅 My brain HATES the taskiness of keeping and updating a list - it feels like extra work, on top of my work 😬
If everything feels important, nothing moves forward...
When you're jumping between tasks, ideas, or "I should probably do this too" it's really hard to make progress on anything. Here's what to do instead: Step 1: Pick your one thing What would have the biggest positive impact on your business right now? Not the most exciting thing. Not the thing you think you "should" do. The thing that would make a real difference. Step 2: Break it down small What's one tiny action you could do today, even if you're tired or distracted? Make it small enough that you can't talk yourself out of it. Step 3: Put it at the top of your list Every day, do that one thing first, before you get sidetracked with anything else. Step 4: Repeat A little bit each day on that one thing. Everything else can wait. Hope this helps 🌻

I need to really start honing in on those tiny actions. There are some big projects I've been avoiding because getting into them feels like sooooo much - but they'd be way easier if I'd just get in and get started 😅
