These days, even high school students call himself Scrum Master just because he attended a two-day-program and passed a certification exam which offers a badge that connotes professional/certified scrum master. We have also seen big organizations disengaging Scrum Masters/Agile Coaches etc...this is not a so good trend for the community. What do you think is the future of Scrum Master accountability.

Dear professional, A team contacted me to handle their retrospective, they do not have a scrum master in their team, they have Product Owner, Product Manager and developers. They have about four teams and each team is about twelve to fifteen. What advice do you have for me?

Any big difference? I have PSM and I want to hear from CSM colleagues. Is it the same scrum guide that is used for the exam content? How about difficulty level?
