Nice to Meet You, I’m Lorene from Melbourne, Australia
#1 – Who I am, where I’m from, and who I work with. I’m Lorene, based in Melbourne, Australia. I’m a trauma-informed holistic counsellor, Root-Cause Therapist, and past-life regression practitioner. I work mainly with women going through life transitions, those moments where life looks fine on the outside but feels disconnected, uncertain, or off-track inside. #2 – Where I’m craving more clarity or alignment. Right now, I’m seeking greater clarity and alignment around how I grow my community and share my work in a way that feels sustainable, authentic, and true to who I am, without over-pushing or losing the depth that matters to me. #3 – A practice that helps me feel grounded and in flow. Journalling is my anchor. It helps me slow down, listen to myself, and untangle what’s really going on beneath the surface. Add a cup of coffee and some quiet, and everything settles into place.

Hi Lorene, welcome! Journaling is also an anchor for me, really helps me to settle all the noise, clarify my thoughts and align my actions😊
📣 Midlife Creator Roll Call
One thing I wish more women 40–60 knew: 👉 You are early, not late. Midlife women are the fastest-growing audience online — and yet there are still so few creators speaking directly from lived experience. That means: - High demand - Low competition - Deep trust Your experience matters.Your perspective is needed. And someone in this community needs exactly what you know. So let’s flip this into an introduction + visibility moment 👇 📊 Answer this poll below: Which area of your midlife expertise do you most often help other women with? COMMENT PROMPT (this part matters 👇) After you vote, introduce yourself in the comments with one sentence only: “I help midlife women with ________, and one thing I know from experience is ________.” No pitching. No links. No overthinking. Just real experience → real value. This is how we normalize midlife women owning their expertise and being seen for it. 💥 I’ll jump in first in the comments too! 👇 Your turn.

I help midlife women reconnect with their bodies and regulate their nervous systems, and one thing I know from experience is that sustainable change comes from making small doable steps rather than willpower alone.

@Brenda Rigney Hi and thanks for the head's up:)
Happy to Be Here!
Hi! I’m Leah Murphy, a Habits Health Coach and Somatic Practitioner from Sitka, Alaska. I help purpose-driven women in midlife reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and build sustainable rhythms of living. In my business, I’m working on finding more ease and authenticity with marketing—especially creating content and videos. I know I have a lot to share, but I still bump up against resistance when it comes to being more visible. Being out in nature helps me stay sane, grounded, and connected. I live surrounded by incredible wilderness and can walk out my door and instantly be in the forest. Also by moving my body —lately that looks like open-water swims in the cold Pacific and aerial silks. Sharing this photo from this summer where I had the opportunity to do aerial over the ocean! The fabric was suspended from a crane of a commercial fishing boat - it was one of the most thrilling things!

What's your December Focus?
If you were going to have the best month of your business in December, what would you be focusing on? And then when do you take a break? Curious how this works for all of you?

My focus this month is to get some discovery calls booked. I have a hard time with this. Don’t think it’s a matter of putting myself out there, maybe in my messaging, not clear enough to get to my avatar? Thinking to offer it up in my Skool group. Also - to work on my ad campaign, get some more iterations out there. Also doing a December workshop. I cleared my schedule the week of the 23rd, so no calls or clients but I imagine I will still work. I’m actually away from home right now at a 5 day trauma training and am SO inspired by what I’m learning…have some ideas for a mini course and I think that may be the week to bust it out.
Where fire and water meet
I'm Linda, currently at a crossroads, figuring out where the next chapter in life will take me. Studied a number of energy modalities, chinese medicine, massage, herbal medicine, aromatherapy, Ifa, hoodoo, vodou, ancestral veneration etc and spent the last couple of years immersed in all of the this.. Now I'm trying to figure out how to use all of this in service to others.. North node in aquarious.. May I add without fear.. been hidden for so long.. afraid to show up.. syndrome 😅 With saturn in gemini 9th house, and a grand air trine, pluto and mercury in virgo 9th house, MC moon in cancer makes me a "serial" learner and writer especially within the spiritual arena, I go so deep at times, even I get shocked at times, so events like these, much offerings... feels like a child in a candy store. I'm currently learning astrology I feel this will be the foundation for my future offerings.

Hi @Linda Thomas , great to meet you! I can relate to the fear of being seen. I'm feeling it as I grow my biz and have more folks joining my community, definitely helpful to have these tools to ease into the stretch
