A couple of days ago, I asked for help as I urgently needed to test something for a quick turnaround in an important workshop The University of York St Jhon university in London.. And a lot of you showed up to helped me! I felt so moved.. I will write a Proper post later on how I ended up turning this Story into the centre of the Worshop yesterday which was FAAAAR Better that the original presentation about the CEO I wanted to present on the first place! I love you all and I cant be grateful enough A massive well done to both Dr @Laila Maa and Dr @Na BeeLoud for advancing in this with their own filed and receiving the Best Development Paper Award for their paper: “The Influence of Agentic AI on Delivering Green Marketing and Reducing Greenwashing" I feel so proud that our community is producing voices that will shape the future! I hope this is a reminder that you can literally achieve anything if your heart and efforts are in the right place! J'en ai été tellement touchée. J'écrirai un vrai post plus tard sur comment j'ai finalement transformé cette histoire au cœur de l'atelier hier, ce qui a donné quelque chose BIEN MEILLEUR que la présentation originale sur le CEO que j'avais prévue! This week I spoke about Agentic AI for International Students and Professionals at the AI in Higher Education Conference at the University of Manchester, ranked 7th in the UK! and one of the top 50 in the world! Huge thanks to @Laila Maa , who convinced me to roll into this journey with guest speaking in universities. She created the first opportunity by suggesting me, and I got accepted after a thorough interview. And thanks to her, the demand just rolled in. This is a big reminder: we win together as a community, not alone. You never know who's going to bring the next opportunity to you. But here's the truth: the only way to get the best opportunities is to be genuinely helpful, give more than you take, and earn trust. Trust is everything. And when you do that? It pays off. I'm so lucky to have cultivated this culture in this amazing community. I cannot thank you enough. I get some offers from you sometimes I can take, but others I really just have to politely decline. And when I do? I'd love to be able to offer them to other members. Whether it's work, exposure, experience, or anything that can help anyone. Let's all get together and support one another. Because real community lifts each other up. Elle a créé la première opportunité en me suggérant, et j'ai été acceptée après un entretien approfondi. Et grâce à elle, les demandes ont continué à affluer. C'est un grand rappel : on gagne ensemble comme communauté, pas seul. Tu ne sais jamais qui va t'apporter la prochaine opportunité. Mais voici la vérité : la seule façon d'obtenir les meilleures opportunités est d'être genuinely helpful, de donner plus qu'on ne prend, et de gagner la confiance. La confiance est tout. Et quand tu fais ça ? Ça paie.
