@Theresa Elliott At 3am, mysterious people emerged quietly from the forest edges.They were all dancing with hula hoops around their waist. They sang a song in a language no one could understand., but everyone started dancing to the tune. The townsfolk spilled out of their homes as if in a trance. Drawn to light high on the hillside, everyone in town and strangers from the forest began dancing uphill, then a large boulder started rolling toward them.

Question for the builders in here…
When you think about your Skool community, do you have a real vision you’re building toward… or is it mainly a vehicle to make money? No judgement either way — I’m honestly curious. For me, the money part matters (it has to), but it can’t be the reason. If the vision isn’t clear, the content gets noisy, the culture gets messy, and the “why are we even here?” feeling creeps in. So I’m curious: What’s the actual outcome you want your members to have 6 months from now — and does your current community setup point to that… or just to revenue?
