@Rebecca DeCarr it’s hard for me when I have 2 littles to take care of! And a grown one. Haha! So unfortunately i usually get put last. But, I’ve been dedicating the mornings to ME and reading or watching tv, snugged on the couch until 9 am then I start my day

Gratitude 🥰 Today I'm grateful for a day of restful sleep. I woke up with a great feeling of moving forward in life ❣️ decluttering materialistic and some toxic things from my life. So I'm grateful for clarity

Is there a good stone to keep handy or to rub or to hold for depression? I’ve been going thru big spurts of depression lately and hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel some days. Ever since my mom passed April 13, 2024 it’s been a battle!! I lost my bestfriend. We talked at least 5 times a day…I miss her dearly!
