We are coming to the end of the ESW workshop. During this week we tackled many concepts that the mind creates which generate unnecessary suffering in our daily life. Whether positives or negatives, concepts constitute a domain of mind that we, as human beings, are DOING. In this workshop, Peter and Brendan guided us to become more conscious of them and use those which empower us and get free from those which create emotionnal pain and suffering.
