We are off to a great start! Feel free to share below how your first day went. We had a lovely community call this morning with an intention setting meditation and I put the recording for everyone in the classroom. That’s a great way to start if you don’t know what to do. And if you have premium membership, I uploaded a few goodies into the classroom last night. I’m actually going to re-record the intention setting meditation and will put it up in the premium classroom as I think it would be nice to come back to when you feel a bit wobbly and need a lovely reminder. 🥰 Eeek- I’m beyond excited 🤩🥳🙏💛

Rockets face when he realised I didn't have a mouse, only a leaf 🤣🤣🤣

Picture this... I'm sitting on the floor by the fire and Zeb comes up and sits in front of me, pressing his forehead into my stomach. This is his cue for cuddles and slow rubs down the back of his forearms. Naturally I put my phone down, breathe into his shoulders and give the leg rubs. Our breathing soon syncs and we stay that way for a few minutes. After a while Zeb lets out a big sigh and I sit up to end our PAWS session. Zeb immediately shakes his head and gives me a blood nose and a fat lip 🤣🙃 Thanks buddy. Free lipfiller with a complimentary red lip 😆 Working dogs. Gotta love them 🤪

Rocket is quick to remind me, even when the day is cold and damp - don't forget to go for a wheelbarrow ride 😆 Meanwhile Diva is Queen of the mulch pile, while Zeb conquered a giant stick 🙄

I forgot to get my camera ready for this.. The powerhasbeen out four the last 3 hours. So Eva Diva and I decided to play ball. I got some of it when I thought I should record us having fun but truthfully she was done.she played a little more for me though.
