You absolutely can use the D³ Digital Business-in-a-Box to list products on your Etsy shop, Shopify store, or any other selling platform you use. That’s exactly what it’s designed for — to help you start or scale a digital or physical product business without having to create everything from scratch. To clarify: ✅ You have 100% full rights to resell the digital designs as digital products (like PNGs or Canva templates) ✅ You can also use them to create physical products like t-shirts, mugs, tumblers, stickers, etc. ✅ You are free to list these items in your own store, whether it's Etsy, Shopify, Payhip, or another platform The only exception: There is a small folder within the Google Drive labeled "For Personal Use Only." These particular files are not for resale and usually contain artwork that has unique restrictions due to licensing, branding, or platform compliance reasons. You'll be able to tell which files those are based on the folder name, and I’ve included a note explaining why. So don’t let hesitation hold you back! The D³ Kit was created to empower you to take action immediately — whether you’re uploading products to sell, customizing designs to match your brand, or bundling them in your own unique offers. If anything feels unclear or you're unsure how to move forward, feel free to tag me or drop your question in the community. I'm here to guide you through every step. Of course, because of Etsy's changes just be sure that you are remixing some of the designs as we discussed within the group and use your own creative mockups to showcase your listings. I haven't had anyone saying they have had issues as of yet but lets keep it that way.

📢Etsy and D3 Kit Updates - Never Get Discouraged📢
Hey Skool eBosses 👋🏽 I wanted to make you aware of some important and massive changes Etsy has begun rolling out this week. With the rise of AI tools and the ease of replicating digital designs, Etsy is now cracking down on digital art. There are some doubts about Etsy's ability to fully enforce this change, as moderation has historically been challenging for the platform. Some sellers suspect the rules are intentionally vague to discourage mass-produced items masquerading as handmade. And what’s wild is that Etsy seems to be focusing so heavily on this specific area of digital art—like AI usage and image duplication—instead of addressing the bigger issue: the overwhelming number of shops still actively listing copyright-infringing products. But honestly, it just goes to show where the real priority lies—profit over policy. In my opinion, a huge portion of digital shops—probably around 50%—are selling copyright-infringing products. And if Etsy were to remove all of them, it would likely wipe out a significant chunk of their revenue. So instead of cracking down where it really counts, they’re targeting the easier, automated stuff. It's a reminder that as sellers, we have to be more intentional, more original, and more prepared to pivot—because platforms will always do what protects their bottom line first. It’s surprising, to say the least, that original creators are being scrutinized while blatant copyright violations continue to slip through the cracks. But hey, this is why we stay informed, adaptable, and always one step ahead. That means it's more important than ever to remix and personalize the images you use. If you're using graphics from the D³ Kit, treat them as a launch pad not a final product. Add your own text, change the colors, create themed bundles, use your own mockups, or upload the images from the D3 Kit into ChatGPT to generate completely new variations. This isn’t just smart it’s what keeps your work safe, compliant, and standing out in a crowded marketplace.

@Julie Williamson Question, can we still sell images from the D3 Kit as is on our own website?

Please comment with "I Agree" after reading. There are 108 people in this group and I expect 108 Comments! As Etsy continues to roll out new policies and shift its algorithm, it’s never been more important to create a strong, unique brand presence outside of just one platform. If you're serious about growing a long-term digital download business, here's what you need to prioritize: ✅ 1. Diversify Beyond Etsy You should never put all your eggs in one basket. Etsy is powerful, but it shouldn't be your only storefront. Create your own website using platforms like: - Stan Store – great for funnels and mobile-first sales - Payhip – ideal for beginners and digital product delivery - Shopify – excellent for brand scaling and customization - Wix – simple and drag-and-drop friendly This gives you control and stability no matter what changes Etsy makes. ✅ 2. Do Your Research for each listing you are adding Your success on Etsy isn’t just about having good products it’s about how you present them. Make sure you are: - Using SEO-optimized titles - (Copy Titles then tweak to avoid EXACT duplication) - Adding unique, niche-specific tags (When you copy the tags from the bestsellers and trending using Everbee.io Chrome Extension-check the tags and make sure they align with your listing and add in your own tags to avoid EXACT duplication) - Writing strong descriptions for each listing that speaks to your ideal buyer - (Use ChatGpt to craft unique descriptions for each listing.) Don't be lazy here — this is your storefront. ✅ 3. Stand Out with Unique Listings and Mockups Everyone may have access to the same 12,000+ assets inside the D³ Kit and to the bundles posted here, but less than 100 people own D³ Kit — and even fewer are maximizing it and the Bundles posted here. Differentiate your listings by: - Using your own branded or customized mockups-watermarks etc - Showing your products in real-life scenes or styled previews - Updating your visuals seasonally to stay relevant - Did you know that you can change the color of your images using Canva to offer unique listings?
