What's up ! My name is Art, I'm 21 years old and a South Florida native. I recently worked as a federal employee, and throughout that experience I developed a strong appreciation for professionalism, accountability, and serving people. At the same time, I've always had an entrepreneurial mindset and a big vision for building something of my own. For a long time I told myself I needed more experience, more money, or more knowledge before getting started in real estate. Eventually I realized the best way to learn is by taking action. Right now I'm building Smitty Home Buyers, putting systems in place, generating leads, and working toward my first wholesale deal. My goal is to build a company that helps homeowners find real solutions while creating something bigger than myself. I'm here to learn from investors who are already doing deals, connect with other entrepreneurs, and continue growing as a business owner.
