When life's got you down, what are your go-to ways of getting through it?

The best things for me is to move my body then my mind can think with more clarity and less emotional junk clouding things. Connection and out door time always helps too.
Day 19 challenge
"if you really want to learn something, you need to teach it." There is a common belief, one i myself even held too tightly for most of my life that you have to master something befire you can teach it. But thats so limiting because we are ALWATS learning and growing and the science and wisdom is always gaining new layers. So if you want to learn something, read or listen to the classes, then write them. Then teach them. All these layers integrated is how we truly master our skillsets

That is so true! You have to know the ins and outs and do the research. Then you find you really like whatever it is you are teaching and get a passion going.
