Flowers in autumn / fall
Nature is fun to observe, and in the northern hemisphere were getting autumn coming in. The leaves are changing from green to reds and browns, then there are pocket of flourishing in the most bizarre places. I'm not aware of flowers taking advantage of the season change, but they all seem buried under the fallen leaves. The unique combination that brings about flowers in the fall is a reminder that anything that's gone before can be a base for something new to bloom. Keep calm and carry on 😃

Health or Business?? Which come first?
I’ll be honest… I’ve been struggling with this lately. Part of me wants to give everything I have to building my business, because the goals matter so much. But at the same time, I keep reminding myself: without health, there will be no wealth. It’s hard to slow down when you feel like you’re already behind especially with the tight schedule. But I’m realizing that every time I take care of my health — resting, moving my body, eating well — I show up with more clarity, energy, and focus for my business. I’m still figuring it out. Some days I get it right, other days I don’t. But I know this: choosing health isn’t taking me further from my goals… it’s actually what makes reaching them possible. 👉 How do you balance your health while chasing your dreams?

Sunday Reset & Preparation
Sundays are sacred for me — not because they’re busy, but because they’re the pause before the week begins. I’ve noticed when I take a little time on Sunday to reset, my entire week flows with more ease. Here are a few things I like to do to prepare: - Clear one small space in my home (fresh space, fresh mind) - Write down my top 3 priorities for the week ahead - Prep a meal or snack that will fuel me midweek when I usually run out of steam - Do one act of self-care that reminds me I’m worthy of rest and renewal I don’t always get it “perfect,” but even doing one of these helps me step into Monday with more clarity and confidence. How do you like to prepare on Sundays? Or do you prefer to just flow into Monday?
