What’s the biggest villain holding your business back right now?
In most stories, there’s a villain. Something the hero has to face before they can move forward. Business is often the same way. There’s usually something creating friction or acting like the “villain” in your story. Not always a competitor. It can look like: • Lack of clarity • Avoiding a hard decision • Trying to do everything yourself • Systems that aren’t quite there yet • Playing smaller than you know you could When that thing finally gets named, things tend to start shifting. Take a few moments to reflect on this today. What’s the biggest villain currently holding your business back? How long have you been up against it? What have you tried that has not worked yet? Name it. Sometimes just bringing it into the open is the first step to moving past it. We can see more clearly from a place of truth. And if you see someone mention something you’ve already worked through, jump in and share what helped you move through it. Let's help each other move towards the next level today.

@Max Krenke right, I think you probably can automate the process. Maybe something @Phil Clark can bring here. If you don't have the time you have to pay soemone or automate.

@Brian Diep interesting, I'll check out that poll. Our culture is really geared towards something different. "Non stop 12 hours a day. You shouldn't rest. etc" and if we aren't we aren't good enough. It really doesn't have to be that way.
What are your goals for this week?
Let’s keep each other accountable by naming what we want to move forward this week. And if you don’t have anything clearly defined yet, this is a good moment to pause and decide what matters for you. What are your goals for the week?

The Line Between Consistency and Strategy
Something I’ve been thinking and hearing from a lot of you about lately is the line between continuing and refining the direction or pivoting completely. When you’re building something like a community, an offer, your content on Instagram or YouTube, or even your outreach there’s always a bit of tension there. On one side, you know you just have to keep putting things out into the world. On the other side, there’s the question sitting in the background: Is this actually the right message… or the right approach… to attract the people I really want here? Sometimes the answer only becomes clear after you’ve taken enough action. Other times you start to see that something in the direction needs to shift. Most builders run into this at some point. So I’m curious: How do you personally navigate this? • Do you lean more toward volume and iterate over time? • Do you spend more time refining before putting something out? • What helps you decide whether something is working or not? How do you know when to pivot? Interested to hear how others approach this.

@Tony Sibbald right, it is challenging. I see the progress in your community as you move closer to the answer you are looking for.

@Max Krenke that sounds like a good mix to pay attention to.
🦸‍♂️ My Origin Story
I’ve spent most of my life as an entrepreneur. Decades, starting 11 companies, operating, growing, and selling along the way. I’ve built businesses, led teams, made hard decisions, and carried the kind of responsibility that comes with being the one steering the ship. And along the way I noticed something almost every founder runs into. When a business tries to grow to the next level, the real challenge usually isn’t strategy. It’s the person leading it. I know because I've experienced this over and over again. The bigger the business gets, the more it asks of you, clearer thinking, better decisions, stronger leadership. At some point I realized something that changed how I approached everything: A business only grows to the level of the founder leading it. So I started focusing less on tactics and more on developing myself my clarity, leadership, and decision making. As that shifted, my businesses grew too. One of my companies grew 16x after I doubled down on growing myself. ⚡ My superpower I help founders grow their businesses to the next level by helping them grow into their next level as leaders. 🚀 My mission To help founders develop into the leaders their businesses need them to become. 🌍 Why I started this community Entrepreneurship can be lonely. I created this space for founders who want to grow their businesses by growing themselves. In a place we can grow together. Because when the founder grows…everything else follows. ⚡ What’s your superpower as a founder?

@Janell Bitton my 6th grade english teacher said I write short and to the point. I can't write a 25 page essay very easily. I see hoe you clearly get behind the surface issues to get to the core. You are excellent at that!

@Janell Bitton we should have teamed up!
🔥 Win of the Week
As we move into the weekend, let’s take a moment to recognize the progress being made. Entrepreneurship can move fast, and it’s easy to jump straight to the next challenge without acknowledging what actually went well. But growth happens when we pause and recognize the wins along the way. Your win might be: • Landing a new client • Having a difficult conversation you were avoiding • Making a clearer decision as a leader • Implementing something new in the business • Or even creating more space and clarity for yourself this week Big or small, it all counts. What’s one win you had this week? Drop it below 👇Let’s celebrate the progress being made in this community.

@Janell Bitton love that. I find it helps find the flaws in the tactics when you just focus on one. Let us know how that goes

@Janell Bitton it is tricky when it doesn't work to know to keep going and adjusting or to give it up. Post ideas 💡
