I’m looking for the couch flipper starter course in the classroom and only see a locked video about B stock. Am I in the works area or missing something? I can’t find the training.

Just closed on this 1,000sq warehouse. Much needed. Was running out of space at our small 300sq one and am taking the jump into BSTOCK now. (any advice on BSTOCK for beginners would be great lol) Going to build a photo booth studio for pictures in the corner out of drywall. Best of luck to everyone else!

Gross sales: $4,215 Expenses: $775 Profit: $3440 Number of couches sold: 7 This is my highest profit yet this month by far! I sold some other miscellaneous items that are added in this as well but couches have been where most of the money was made. If it wasn’t for a piece of the restoration hardware sectional falling off my truck I would have had probably another 1k in profit lol Only been doing it about 15/20 hours a week. I am going to put in 30/40 hours a week this month and goal is to hit over 5k profit and sell over 15 couches. And this is all from my 2 car garage. I have a family friend that wants to get into business together. They are located about 1-2 hours away from me in a neighboring city that is growing more rapidly than my market. However, I want to know about the partnership deals you guys do with the other people who run your warehouses in different cities? What does the structure look like? 50/50 on everting including COG, Profit, etc. I am open to the idea of a partnership but wondering how yours works successfully. I have been flipping couches for a bit so I would be bringing expertise and capital but figured this would be an interesting way to expand. Do you guys list on superset facebooks or all merchandise goes on one Facebook?
