The grief wall finally hit (if you’re new here, my mom just passed in October) and yesterday I was just not able to get out of bed. 💔 Today almost started to head that direction but as the sun started coming out I decided to take my dog for a walk and have fun with the ChatGPT prompt going around FB. 🥳 Exercise, sunshine, and feeling pretty definitely helped! 🤩 What do you do to turn things around for yourself or acts of self love you give yourself?
