Finally, Finally closed the first deal! Took 5 months and about 30K calls but id do it all over again. Time to become more efficient and take what I learned to get more. Locked up at $120k, Assigned for $170k, JV'd it and made $30k.

How do u get contract signed when virtually wholesaling, do u send it while on the call or send it right after the call ?

First deal is with a Hedge I'll have to double close on. My question is, when I get transactional funding to make me the buyer, does that funding cover the closing cost also so that the hedge can immediately purchase from me after that is processed?
