Change the first sentence to active voice ("We built Out of Survival Mode for"), and I would also describe who that "we" is. Are you therapists/psychologists?
Roast My Workshop Ad Copy
So I've written an ad copy storytelling style) for a free live workshop I'm hosting this Thursday and I'd love your brutal honest feedback before I put money behind it. Here's what I specifically want to know: 1. Is it clear who this is for? 2. Is the problem I'm addressing coming through? 3. Is this a topic that would genuinely interest coaches? Thank you all in advance🙌 This is the ad: Why Another Business Strategy Won't Get You More Clients She called me on a Thursday afternoon. Impatient. Excited. Buzzing with five new ideas. A second community. A new offer. A different niche. Start again somewhere else. I let her finish. Then I had to be honest. Because four months earlier, my client Q had 4 members in her Skool group. Stuck at that number for months. Back then we made a plan. She followed it. Two weeks later -> 80 members. A month after that ->120 members Then she disappeared. No posts. No replies. I reached out. No response. Weeks of silence. When she finally came back she said something I haven't forgotten: "Something was holding me back from even opening your message." Not busy. Not life getting in the way. Something stopping her from even looking at it. That's not a strategy problem. So we sat down together. Not to fix her strategy. Her strategy was fine. But to rewire what was actually happening under the surface. Today Q posts every single day. She shows up. She creates content. She presents in a way she never was before. And continues to grow her community. Not because she found a better system. But because we addressed the thing the system couldn't touch. The strategy is rarely the problem. It's the belief underneath that decides whether you follow it or not. This Thursday at 7 pm CET I'm hosting a free live workshop inside my Skool community. It's called: How to Scale Your Coaching Business to the Next Level Without Another Business Blueprint Even If You've Been Stuck in the Same Place for Years. I'm going to show you exactly where these patterns come from, why another system won't fix them, and what actually does.

I dig the concept. I will say you could combine some of these sentences for greater impact and to cut down on the word count for your ad. Example: "Today Q posts every single day. She shows up. She creates content. She presents in a way she never was before. And continues to grow her community." Changes: "Today, Q's decision to show up and post every day has led to the best content she's ever presented. And her community's grow has exploded as a result." Also, what changed for Q in terms of how she presented herself? Did she get more vulnerable in her approach or start speaking on different subjects? That would be a question to answer. You could also shorten the workshop title some from "How to Scale Your Coaching Business to the Next Level Without Another Business Blueprint Even If You've Been Stuck in the Same Place for Years." to something like "How to Scale Your Coaching Business to the Next Level Without Another Business Blueprint Even If You've Been Stagnant for Years."

Hey @Rudy Rodulfo ! Definitely dig the concept and will probably join. I would give a few Scripture references such as 1 Corinthians 6:19, Romans 12:1, and 1 Corinthians 9:27. Maybe offer a sample devotional? Also, do you want to target Christian believers? If so, I would say Honor Christ instead of God.

I want to cut off my left thumb right now. It's been trembling and pounding against the space bar for five minutes. Heck, I might just get rid of my whole hand. For the last several years, I have developed extreme tremors all throughout my body, and they just seem to keep getting worse. They come when I least expect. My wife and I will be sitting on the couch or praying together with hands grasped, and she can feel it all. She even filmed it once, and I was shocked at how uncontrollable it seemed. Last night, I laid down and was shaking everywhere imaginable. It's terrifying sometimes. I literally spend eight to ten hours a day on my laptop, and I'm now having to take breaks from typing several times an hour. When I play guitar, my fingers have trouble accurately picking the strings at times, and I literally put my hands in my pocket after I'm done, so that no one sees how bad the tremors are. I know I've shared a lot of my health issues on here, and maybe that's a LinkedIn faux pas. But I know I'm not alone out there, and I want you to know the same. Your support means the world to me, and that plus the love of my Savior, can get me through anything.

I never thought I'd be able to wear this shirt. Even when my wife bought it for me seven years ago, it was still snug and looked ridiculous on me. But I stubbornly kept it because I dug the design. "One day, it'll fit," I told her. "One day!" That day has finally come. The years of opening the closet, picking it off the rack, and not being able to put it on. The last six months it spent in our "other" closet because it wasn't worth keeping in the main one if I wasn't going to wear it. All of that was worth it. I'm down another five pounds, and this shirt feels loose on me. And I'm going to be rocking it at the BJCC tonight for the one and only Nate Bargatze's sold-out performance. Because I feel like I've got a bit of star power of my own right now. 31 pounds down, 64 to go. And I know that with God, all things are possible. Even wearing a silly shark shirt at the start of summer.

@Dave Hughes Thanks so much! I'd gotten down to 254.5 before, but something about 253.9 seemed like another level.
