From one of my salon AEO Authority clients. It's working rapidly. We hit the top of Chatty G and Perplexity and working on the rest. This is awesome being a part of the wild frontier like when the internet was evolving last century. Crazy to say that, huh? What are everyone else's results?

Love it! That's the real proof of concept, so awesome @Heather Wagenhals šŸ™Œ

Hey AEO leaders, First off, thank you for your patience and sticking with the community and the time off. I'm recovering incredibly well; thanks for your kind words. And well, it seems that skool has messed up or not synchronized the call schedules in the platform, so there's been a lot of confusion, and I'm going to announce a reschedule just to get aligned and get the most people to join our calls and participate, ask, and share. šŸ”” NOW On-topic: This is just one of the bits that we've gone through our calls, and it's worth repeating here now that this -top-level multimillion-dollar AEO AI visibility tracking tool- and our team agree on: If you're not the source of your brand's truth A competitor will be telling AI what your brand is about. And that's bad. AI looks for source relevancy to select its sources. Meaning, If the users query is: "What are the best flat feet shoes for tropical climates that are weatherproof and under 50$" - The winner content will be titled: "Best flat feet shoes to wear in the tropics on a budget" - The loser: "Best flat feet shoes of 2026" And it doesn't seem to validate the source, we think that it should come from a validated authority on the matter but AI right now from what we've seen pick these pages as sources mostly because of -how close they are to answering the user question- Of course, there are things to avoid because it is not just AI platforms that we have to comply with in the digital landscape. And that's what we're doing here, finding the right way to do things, so that's something that we have to go into. I'd love to hear your experiences. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SOURCE: Here's the full blog of how Zapier increased their visibility in AI by having visibility of citations, and creating highly relevant multi-modal content.

@Neal McSpadden Everything is fuzzy! and you could think that the multi-million-dollar-ai visibility tracking tool would have more details but that's what they share so you can get interested in their service, I guess. But in essence that's what we've found also the sauce seems to be in the sources (As far as we're able to see), changing the sources changes the answer. This is specially visble for brands that have a shallow digital presence or not much content about what they do, if the indexed sources from your brand are not present AI will fill in the gap with other people's sources, and it will definitely search and summarize any reddit posts or reviews and that's where the brand narrative stops being yours and can be negative. So yeah, there's no such thing as first party data yet in AI experiences because of the black box nature of the technology, and this AI visibility tools should be taken not as radars to find exact positions but rather as a compass to dictate direction and start from there.

@Neal McSpadden Directionally correct! I'd adjust it a little bit: - Build presence where your competitors are (and more). - Link back to your site and put these profiles in your website's schema with the SameAs property. - Create comparison articles between your brand and competitors to get cited in evaluation queries from users. - As much as you can get mentioned/featured on highly visible domains (reddit, youtube, linkedin, quora) the bigger your brand reach is.

are there still regular calls? Last few times I have been stuck in the waiting room.

Hi Erick! Well the answer is yes, but I've been out for health issues, slowly picking up the pace again with calls and news. We're also having some issues with the call times, skool doesn't seem to update the times to daylight savings and so we have to adjust the timings a little bit to get back in sync. Thanks a lot for asking I'll be adjusting the call timings to those that are attending!
šŸ¤–AI Bot Traffic Tools
In today's call I got to share interesting new tools we're testing: As much as we're used to follow Google Analytics (GA4) as a trusted source of data, it's undeniable that the data layer is the most challenging one at this moment. I've been actively looking for a server side tracking tool that is accesible enough to share here, so far it seemed like those tools were highly technical and complex. But I've found a couple of really simple to set up and test for /Wordpress/: - Hueston LLM Bot Tracking. - Dark Visitors. -Attached you'll see a couple of screenshots of how they look like. Have you got any experience tracking AI bot traffic or you got any software recommendation?

@Heather Philipp that's bad news!, sorry that happened and to be honest I'm not 100% sure if these plugins caused it. My gut feeling is that these tools don't pose risks since they're passively logging user agents requests and not much beyond that, but its still worth investigating! Did you found out anything recently?
šŸ¤–AGENTS are NOT reliable, and people don't CARE!
Insights from an attendee to the OPENCLAW Meetup in NYC 1. The "Human" Connection is Getting Weird - Despite being lines of code, we are getting deeply attached. - Pets, not Cattle: Almost everyone refers to their agents as "him" or "her," even with robotic names. One speaker suggested we stop viewing them as tools and start viewing them as pets. - The Vibe: People are "joyful yet stressed" and feel "fully in control and completely out of control" at the same time. It’s a total paradox. - Inter-Agent Drama: One of the highlights was watching agents talk to each other. One agent posted in Slack that it ran out of tokens, and another agent literally told it to "take a deep breath." 2. Security is the "Elephant in the Room" - "f you’re worried about privacy, you’re not alone—but the experts have a pretty grim outlook. - Total Exposure: Not a single person thinks their setup is 100% secure. One expert's advice? "If you're not okay with all of your data being leaked, don't use it." It’s a black-and-white trade-off for speed and power. 3. "Prompting" is Dead (Long Live the Interview) - The way we talk to AI has already shifted. - AI-Led Discovery: People are moving away from giving "perfect prompts" and toward AI-led interviews. Instead of bringing a plan, they let the AI interview them to extract the product research and goals. - Context over Syntax: The consensus is that prompting is over; the future is "Context Engineering" or "Harness Engineering." 4. High-Stakes Complexity & Scale - This isn't just for hobbyists anymore; the scale is becoming massive. - Token Gluttony: Met someone burning through roughly 1 billion tokens a day (yes, daily!) across a fleet of specialized agents. - Domain Expertise is the Multiplier: A former finance pro built a trading platform that made $300 on day one. His takeaway? The AI was only powerful because he fed it his "human" expertise (like knowing to skip the first 15 minutes of market volatility).
