thank you for the intro!!! These days I am loving the word strength..hence why I am here lol! With my recent knee injury I’ve realized that I need to work on building muscle not only around my knees but really, everywhere lol!I have been going to PT 3 x a week. I’m learning how stretching is so so crazy important! I want to and need to be strong now so I am not as fragile in the laaater years! Currently I am out on leave and miss my flying and layovers and yes international eating and shopping lol! I would love some good Izakaya and a highball! 😆 summer season is busy season for me with sales so been spread a little thin but enjoy the spontaneity of the job! Everyday is never the same.. I am a crazy animal lover … if I could I wouldn’t only have dogs .. I would have goats, prairie dogs, birds, raccoons lol you name it … but since I can’t, I’m just a doggy mama for now. I don’t know why it took me so long to finally watch extraordinary attorney woo! It was highly recommended… and I too would encourage to watch if you haven’t! This summer I’ll be excited to meet your amazing community and I will put all effort into learning and creating new habits and routines! Sorry for my scatter brain jabber but again, look forward to all of this and getting stronger!! ❤️
