For example there is Writing Together where we all write for 10 min and share what we've written. There is a "trifecta group call" where we work on three arts in a row. I, Jaeger, am an artist living with schizoaffective disorder. I do open mics, busk, and go to a writers workshop irl. I work one day as a dishwasher. I do a trifecta: writing, art and music.
