I haven’t been super active lately because I’ve been heads-down on new learnings, projects, and a few initiatives. A lot has shifted these past months, especially with AI reshaping so many verticals, and I’ve been focused on leveling up so we can all benefit. That said, the base pillars haven’t changed. What’s next - Live sessions are coming back, we’ll cover what’s changed, what still works, and how to plug AI into your current strategy without breaking what’s working. - I’ll also share a few ready-to-use playbooks (copy, prompts, and workflows) so you can execute immediately. Alhamdulillah, after almost 7 months of learning, I have completed this course. During this journey, I not only gained skills but also managed to build my small agency, where I’m now handling 8 clients. Retargeting Engagement Audience in Sales Campaign!?
Hello, I am doing Instagram ads for the salon. I am little bit confused after seeing some YouTube videos. 1. They are recommending to run "Engagement" campaign in which there is no offer, just telling about the business. 2. Afterwards, they are saying to retarget the 75% video viewers in the conversions objective campaign (with our offer). I am confused because engagement and sales audience behavior are different. So, should I go with this? P.S. There is ton of content regarding E-commerce, but anyone from support team tell me some "strategies" for women salon service based business?

@Maiza Razzaq Hey Maiza, such questions are better answered and discussed in the group call and we did that last weekend. Anyways, for now I think msgs ads make more sense with clear offer or a package kind of stuff. Like for salons, bridal, birthday, party or some package like this can work well. Get this info from the salon that what kind of services have the most traction and build a package/offer around that. Yes leads form might not work as good but they can get you qualified leads, at the end of the lead form you can also add a link to whatsapp chat that can get someone to chat on whatsapp too after being qualified by the form. Simplest is to do msgs ads on whatsapp and instagram, the content should better be more straight forward with an offer/package and a clear CTA at the end to msg us by clicking the button below to book your appointment and avail the limited time offer.

Need Help in Ads
Hey, I m running my Travel Agency, i usually run Engagement Compaign, and my Team do corresponding with them and make then into genuine customers. But from last 25th June, i m getting irrelevant Leads/MSG, Like WorkVisa and Not Qualified ones. I m spending almost 3 to 4k Per Day but not getting genuine customers. Can Anyone please guide or suggest me? I m getting loss, i have purchased 20 Seats.

Hi, sorry for the late response as i was travelling. So the problem with such engagement campaigns is that you can't control the traffic quality as there is no filter. The best you can do with this type of campaign like post engagement or whatsapp msgs is to be super clear in the copy/text and the creative. The initial response can be good as it starts fresh and targets the low hanging fruits, as the targeting gets optimised based on the people getting converted to engagement, as soon as the rubbish audience gets in, the algo starts bringing in more low quality traffic. Lead form campaigns can be used to filter the irrelevant inquiries.
