What’s up everyone, my name is Davon and I’m from Washington, DC. Right now, I’m working in IT as a Service Desk Technician in a government environment while continuing to grow my skills in Identity & Access Management (IAM), cloud, and IT operations. I currently hold my CompTIA Security+ certification and I’m working toward certifications like SC-300, Azure AZ-900, and SailPoint. My main goal is to transition into a more flexible remote or OCONUS tech role that gives me more freedom, growth, and balance long term. I’m also big on fitness, self-development, and building a lifestyle that aligns with the future I want. Looking forward to connecting, learning, and growing with everybody in the group.

One to two hours can put you ahead. A trick that works for me is habit stacking. For example, if I'm cooking or driving somewhere, I don't listen to music — I listen to a quick tutorial. Then when I have a moment to sit down and take notes, I break it down in a way that resonated with me while I was on the go and build on that.
