This week, I hopped over to Substack to write up a post spotlighting three incredible women inside The Directory On Skool... and I also sent it out in the email blast so they could get even more visibility beyond the community. Huge shoutout to @Chrissy Hogue Bartels, @Liz Fussa, and @Anne Enero for the work they’re building and the way they’re showing up and making moves! It’s been a joy to highlight what each of you is creating. ✨ One of my favorite parts of The Directory is getting to put the spotlight on members who are doing real work, building with heart, and showing up with purpose... whether what they’ve created is polished already or still taking shape. Last week's Billboard Edition generated some fantastic feedback, and quite a few members said they missed it, so we're bringing it back for another round this weekend! This time you can submit either: 🟢 Your billboard (graphic) 🟢 Your one-liner (elevator pitch) 🟢 Or both! 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗼𝗻𝗲-𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀? Think one (maybe two) short sentences that make someone want to know more, 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮'𝙧𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙪𝙨𝙚𝙙, but because they're curious! And your "billboard" can be: • Your Skool community card • Your website hero graphic • Your YouTube banner • A social media banner • A featured graphic you use to represent your business • Any visual that serves as your first impression If you're submitting a graphic that isn't your community billboard, please include a little context. Let us know where it lives and how people typically see it. For example: "This is my YouTube banner." "This is the hero section on my website." "This is my Skool community banner." That context helps members give more relevant feedback. 💡 If you have a Skool community, now is a great time to get your billboard working in your favor. With Skool continuing to increase visibility opportunities through Facebook, it's only a matter of time before they begin testing traffic from other sources too and your community card may be one of the first things people see before deciding whether to click!

I started this business because when I was caring for my dad I was so overwhelmed and didn't know where to go for resources. I basically built everything I was looking for as a caregiver for my dad.

The amount of support inside this community is seriously Rock Star level! ✨ 888. 77. #34. I'll Take the Hint... time to CELEBRATE!
✨ 888 members. 🔥 77 online. 🏆 #34 in the Money category. Now, I know these numbers are constantly changing. Up a little. Down a little. Refresh the page and they'll probably be different. But at that exact moment? The universe practically put a spotlight on them and said, "Let's celebrate this!" We spend so much time chasing the next milestone that we forget to celebrate the little wins happening right in front of us. So yes, I'm celebrating the 888, the 77, and that shiny #34 ranking. But even more than the numbers, I'm celebrating what's behind them. People connecting and collaborating. People referring business, opening doors for each other and jumping into conversations just to help. That's the real magic of this space because this community isn't growing because of algorithms. It's growing because people genuinely want to see each other win and that makes me incredibly proud.
