What are you trying to accomplish physically this week? Are you trying to hit a weight goal like @Brittni Livingston Are you trying to be like @Georgiana D and grow strength What about 3x a week cardio like @Christine Gruver ….. i have the privilege of training a bunch of you so far, so I know some incredible goals are out there I want to know:)

Guided meditation
I'm probably the worst sleeper in this group (not a competition I want to win by the way) but something that had been game changing for me for years is guided meditation before bed. It's an effective part of my before bed routine and if I don't do it, I'm 50% more likely to have an anxious night. My preference is the Calm app, I'd give it a shot <3

Halloween weekend can be nuts. I get it. Between kids, life, all the sugar, you name it. We don’t usually sleep. So, I’m curious: who actually got their allotted sleep, and maintained good habits!? I have to know what I’m working with this week :)

Happy Tuesday peeps! Couple house keeping things. 1) I love the response and engagement, keep it up. As I start to push this, post this community, and open it up to the public, your interactions are crucial for creating a welcoming energy! I can’t thank you enough 2) first call tomorrow, it’s in the calendar, so heads up: I will do a short intro and familiarization with the filming capabilities.
