Had my first ever workshop with @Kittie KaBoom tonight! I don’t know if yall know but she’s kinda famous to me at least 😂🐉 I’ve been bouncing around career ideas since I found out jobs were a thing. Marine biology, music, education, theater, literature… so many ideas. The old saying “do what you love” didn’t make it click because honestly I loved every job I’ve had until the coworkers made me miserable. ☹️ But do the thing that’s as easy as breathing? Well that’s voices. 🤪 I’ve been doing Stitch and other mimick acts since I can remember. My Russian character comes out at random. And I don’t sound the same after watching Bridgerton 😂 I’m not saying this will be easy. But this workshop gave me even more hope that it’s possible. And that I really have found the next dream I’m gonna accomplish 🥹💕🦋 It won’t be the first and I know it won’t be the last. Every dream has taken work but been WELL worth every struggle 🥳🌱 can’t wait for tomorrows workshop! 🎤👾

Today, I had a new member join and immediately share some problems he was facing in the form of procrastination, overwhelm, and burnout in his business. A lot of our community members suffer from these same issues, so I decided to record a quick Loom video explaining why his problems make sense and some ways he can tackle them. His response? He told me he had "never received this level of support in his life". All from me taking 12 minutes out of my day to fire off a quick video. It's this kind of care and support that makes my Skool group feel like a true community. Showing up for my members and showing them that I'm a real human being and I really see and care about them. Plus, it helps build trust and credibility with everyone in my community, not just this one guy! Have you tried recording loom videos for your members? What do you think about this strategy?
