Today’s Lesson: Turning Articles into English Learning Opportunities
📚 Today in class, we explored a different way of reading in English. Instead of trying to understand every single word, we focused on understanding the main idea, identifying useful vocabulary and expressions, and applying them to real-life situations. Together, we worked through Article Option #3 (Technology & Daily Life) and discussed how technology, attention, boredom, and digital habits influence our everyday lives. One of the key takeaways from today's session was that reading in English doesn't have to feel overwhelming. By following our simple 3-Step Article Method, you can turn any article into a learning opportunity while building vocabulary, confidence, and critical thinking skills. As promised, Article Options #1 and #2 are included in the presentation, so I encourage you to explore them when you have some time. Try applying the same method on your own and see what new words, expressions, and ideas you discover. 📸 I'm also sharing a photo from today's class. Thank you all for your participation and for making the session enjoyable. 🎥 The class recording will be uploaded soon, and the presentation is already available for you to review at your own pace. Keep reading, stay curious, and remember: the goal isn't to understand every word. The goal is to understand more than you did yesterday.

In the photo you’ll see three students, but we were also joined by Luis and Yasmin, who had to leave a little earlier. It was lovely having everyone in class today. Thank you all for your energy, participation, and willingness to keep improving step by step. Progress is built through consistency, and every class you attend matters more than you think.
