Scout Bot Update — Smarter Fallback System
We've made some under-the-hood upgrades to Scout, our support bot at support.productivebot.ai. We noticed that in rare cases, conversations could run into an error instead of getting a helpful response. That's been fixed. Scout now has a smarter fallback system so it stays responsive even if something hiccups on the backend. If you run into any issues with Scout, let us know here or email support@productivebot.ai. And if you haven't tried Scout yet, give it a spin! 🤖

🔄 OpenClaw Update Available: 2026.2.9 → 2026.3.11
Hey everyone! A new version of OpenClaw just dropped and it includes several Slack thread fixes that many of you have been waiting for. Remember the Slack thread reading bug we reported a few weeks ago? The one where your bot couldn't read historical thread replies? This update finally ships the fix — along with 5 other thread-related improvements: • Thread session isolation — prevents cross-thread context bleed so your bot stays focused on the right conversation • Thread context payloads — fixes thread starter/history text injection on thread turns • Reaction thread context routing — carries Slack DM channel IDs through threading properly • Inbound debounce routing — isolates message debounce keys by timestamp to avoid cross-thread collisions • Download-file scoping — thread/channel-aware file actions now work correctly • Subagent completion delivery — stops forcing conversation IDs into threadId
