When you read this…
It’s time for this week’s 3-2-1 Create a new post with the following + your pic or a GiF. The goal is to reflect, envision, and claim while gaining support and accountability from the group. Write down 3 wins from 2025, 2 stretch goals for 2026, and the #1 reason you’re not going to up on yourself…no way, no how.

@Jessica Clark Eeek…through better or worse. Your one year anniversary will be memorable.

@Laura Albers Two different kinds of busy. What is your goal for getting your December emails done? And your blogs? Congrats on crossing off your promo emails.
Sunday Check-In: What would you do?
If you only had five minutes today to do something for your business, what would it be? Why? Bonus: How do you think I’d answer this question for me?

@Iris Ocariza Remember the snail, the sloth, and the tortoise. We think of them as slow moving creatures. What they’ve mastered is forward persistent movement. Micro actions are often as important as the big ones.

@Laura Albers LOL - Mine? I’d make sure I talked to someone - phone, video call, or DM - not a pitch but a sincere conversation. No matter what business we're in, it comes down to relationships, offers, and CTAs.
Finding Your Voice
"As you find your voice, your people will begin to find you." - Russell Brunson Ok, so that's a cool quote, but let's tear it apart a little. It's not like the Field of Dreams quote: "Build it and they will come." You cannot create a website, an offer, or any part of your business and not talk about it everywhere. People don't just come. They come through attraction, relationships, and engagement. The purpose of my business and community is to create an environment that takes founders from chaotic operations to clear, confident CEO leadership through structure, systems, and precision. Finding your voice means consistent action, finding your cadence, discovering what you really, really like to talk about and then, finding the unique way you like to talk about it. You'll find that part of my voice in my posts and comments here and social media include stories/analogies. This is what you have to know to find your voice, so your people can find you: Without action, no one will know about your business. Without consistency, your people will scroll past your posts. Without engagement, your people may say to themselves, "I'll check it out later," and never come back. Without an invitation with simple steps on what to do next (CTA), you're just adding information to a busy scroll.
What are you celebrating?
Fridays are good days to unwind, reset, rest, and reflect on the week. Tell me, what are you celebrating that happened for you, for your business or that you were able to accomplish? Did you have any breakthroughs? Did you say yes to any opportunities or have any new insights? Always remember that micro wins stack. Share a win and let’s celebrate!

Premium members will have access to Coffee Chat Premium which is currently under construction and will house Coffee Chat topic talking points and the Coffee Chat replays. The first topic is ready for the new year. For those of you who don’t know, we are currently chatting about whatever topics come up during the course of the week or during the call. In 2026, we will have a topic for the first ten minutes of the call followed by Q&A and discussion. The first topic? Money Math. So, I’m celebrating having a system for Coffee Chats and a way to help our members join in relevant discussions surrounding their businesses.
