Emotional week
Well today is almost done. I wanted to share this earlier. September 11, 2020 my mom died suddenly. She had an aneurysm and it burst. I was out of town on an assignment and I had just talked to her 40 minutes prior. My cousin Tye died 2018 and his birthday September 10th always hits me hard. 2022 my older brother died September 9th. So this week was heavy... However, life keeps going and I must start focusing on my business. Just wanted to share so you can know more about me and the why behind my desire to help others live through their grief. I pray everyone will have a good weekend. Now on to my HW. Blessings Upon Blessings 🙌

Thanks for sharing your heart with us Stephanie. I'm so sorry for your loss. May God bless, comfort, heal, provide, restore, and strengthen you during these difficult times. Love you Sis!!!
🔥 Girl, Get Back Up!
Maybe you stumbled. Maybe you made a decision you wish you could change. Maybe you trusted somebody you shouldn't have. Maybe you said, “I'm NEVER doing that again,” and somehow ended up doing it again. 😂 Okay. Learn from it. But don't build a house there. GET. BACK. UP. One mistake does not erase your progress. One bad day doesn't make you a failure. One setback doesn't cancel your future. Give yourself permission to be human, learn the lesson, straighten your crown, and try again. 💜 Today’s declaration: “I may have fallen, but falling is not where my story ends.” 👑 Roll call: Who's getting back up and trying again?

"I may have fallen, but falling is not where my story ends." I choose to get back up and try again today.
👑You Are More Than What Happened to You
Something may have happened to you, but it does not have the authority to define who you are. You are more than the heartbreak. More than the divorce. More than the rejection. More than the mistake. More than the disappointment. More than the season when you lost yourself. Sis, there is a whole woman underneath everything you've survived—and sometimes healing is simply finding your way back to HER. 💜 Today’s declaration: “My past is part of my story, but it will not become my identity.” Drop a 🦋 if you're becoming acquainted with yourself again.

You're preaching Sis!!! My past is the past. My past doesn't define who I am. I'm becoming acquainted with myself again.

Thanks for sharing these words of encouragement with us Erica. I needed this.
Stepping Out On Faith
Publishing It’s Time to Breathe started with simply being obedient to what was placed on my heart from God .Once the book was published, the vision began expanding. The bookmarks and keychains came about as meaningful ways to carry the message on healing and growth. I’ve also started doing lives to connect with people, share encouragement, talk about healing and faith, and create conversations around the message behind the book. What started as a book has grown into a movement of hope, healing, and learning to breathe again.
