Biking is Goated for Knee Injury Prevention & Rehab
Duuuudeee, check might how sick this bike ride weather is ๐คค - honestly I used to hate biking but after going through ACL surgery I was recommend to take it up moreโฆ there are some crazy studyโs out there that show people who cycle often are way less likely to get serious knee injuries and recover from them way fasterโฆ I can be boring ๐
but something to think about, it build up the VMO muscle very well (which is important) ๐ Sorry for the random Brian dump post ๐๐ง
