Hi everyone, I’m Serena 👋 I work in domestic abuse awareness and education, supporting people to recognise unhealthy dynamics, rebuild self-trust, and feel safer in their lives and relationships. My focus is on awareness as prevention, helping individuals and professionals understand patterns like coercive control, manipulation, and trauma responses, so harm can be recognised earlier and cycles can be broken. I’m really glad to be here and looking forward to learning, connecting, and contributing where I can. 🌿
