PMP question on new requirement accessment
Dear All, In case of a new requirement by a customer on an agile project that is halfway completed and tight on budget, what should be the NEXT action - a) Project manager evaluates the new requirement with the customer to access the benefits as the budget is tight b) The new requirement is added to the product backlog

@Ravikumar Puthran you are right with the reason B is not the answer but I think you you are overthinking. There is no indication with answer A that the PM is going to make a decision or agree. Actually it says the PM will evaluate with the customer. So, that is right mindset, in my opinion.

49 processes
Hi everyone, I can't seem to remember all the 49 processes. Any advice? When taking the test I'm unsure which documents are which despite studying them.

@Jasmine Hightower I am really bad at memorizing and the mapping game I shared with you helped me. I hope this helps you too. I remembered them by association after playing the game multiple times.

Taking PMP test on November 21st
Hello, I am taking my PMP test on November 21st. I have gone through the 35 hr course from Andrew and went over his PMP simplified study guide twice. I have started practice questions using Andrew’s exam simulator. I feel the worry that usually comes before exams as I have been out of the study zone for a while now yet I have confidence in Andrew’s study material. Wishing everyone that is currently studying for the test a Good Luck

Watch Andrew's Mindset video https://youtu.be/-u0rO-YQr9c?si=mG-OH-InhffRxsSk. This is very helpful and critical for the exam. It was a game changer from my first attempt to my second attempt. Good luck!

@Magued Ghobreal Yes, but Chapter 15 is structured based on the ECO topics or tasks. At the end it is the same content.
PMP Exam layout for selecting answers
Dear All, I am using Andrew's exam simulator and also PMI Exam Study Hall for the PMP exam. Which one is closest to the PMP actual exam layout? The way the answers can be selected in Andrew's exam simulator is better in my experience compared to PMI Exam study hall mock tests.

I think this answer is more generic, but in case it helps. You can find a test environment of what you will experience in terms of the Pearson platform https://www.pearsonvue.com/us/en/test-takers/demo-test.html

@Ravikumar Puthran yea, you will know how many questions you have answered and how many you have left.
1st FAIL on PMP
Hi everyone, I recently took the PMP exam and failed with T / NI / T. I had purchased PMI Study Hall Plus and at first I was scoring around 55–60% on the practice quizzes. When I retook them after studying my mistakes I was around 70%. I also used the TIA simulator and was scoring around 78% which made me feel more confident. After failing I bought the 35 hours subscription from Andrew Ramdayal and I’m planning to take the exam again. However, I’m not sure where I should continue practicing from now on. To be honest, Study Hall didn’t really help me... I didn’t feel it explained the reasoning behind the answers. Process Domain felt difficult, there were questions were I had to choose the "best" anwser.. Also, english is my second language, since my mother language is Greek, so also the vocabulary was hard enough to even understand what was the question actually asking... Do you have any suggestions on what I should focus on for my second attempt? Which platform would you recommend for practice? Thank you in advance for your advice. Sorry for the long post.

Go over your detailed exam results. Look at those areas where you were below target and make sure you understand those concepts. Also, watch the mindset video from AR. https://youtu.be/-u0rO-YQr9c?si=mG-OH-InhffRxsSk. Andrew also has a chapter in his book dedicated to the mindset for each area included in the Exam Content Outline (ECO). Read that chapter. I believe it is Chapter 15. It should help you understand the mindset to have in each of those areas. Andrew was the only trainer that has this at the ECO level, which is how the exam is graded.
