What’s your biggest pet peeve in business? The thing that just grinds your gears every time regardless of who does it or where you are?
Hello
Quick intro nice to meet yall im Excited to be on Skool. I currently run an award winning real estate brokerage and before that I was an Award winning insurance broker. I’m excited to start my own community and to make an impact on people’s lives. All my research was leading me to Skool so I’m interested to see what it has to offer . Oh and the test said I was a teacher that tracks pretty well as I used to tutor in a previous iteration of life funny how things come around again.

@Samuel Kern I did insurance for a decade got multiple aware and recognition and wasn’t rich yet so it was time to pivot to running a brokerage and doing commercial lending

I’m in Fl licensed here but my role isn’t selling real estate it’s to help agents sell more real estate. I got into real estate because it’s where opportunity lies and with my extensive sales background it was the next logical step
Honest question
Honest question: what’s one task you’ve been avoiding lately, and why?

This is a vital question I’m great at starting things but I don’t often finish them either I get bored or overwhelmed by how much I have to do. In general I avoid things I’m not good at. Currently I’m wanting to avoid the mundane or things i deem trivial
Saturday Hot Seat: Drop Your Skool. Ask Anything. Let's Sharpen Each Other ⚔️
We're about to hit 900 members and go paid on Monday. In 2 days I'll be sharing this on LinkedIn for the first time and we may hit a growth spurt. It seemed like everyone got a lot of value last time from the 'Drop Your Skool Hot Seat' post. 🚀 I also realized a lot of you had more questions after making the edits from the first round. So, let's run one more hot seat skool review! Final chance to get reviewed before things explode. Here's how things works this time: 1. Drop your Skool profile link below + any 2 questions you have about it 2. Share one line about who you are, what you're building, and your audience 3. Review at least 3 other profiles in this thread 🎁 The person who gives the most genuine help with me will get a special gift. 🎁 I'll be reviewing every single one of these personally. This time your bio, your about page, how you're presenting yourself. P.S. Lots of additional big news dropping this week. Stay tuned & happy Saturday. 🥂

Lesson #5: Why I Give Thanks for 60 Seconds Every Day 📚
Every single day, I spend 60 seconds giving thanks. That's it. One minute. And here's what I've noticed: by the end, I'm never out of things to be grateful for. I start with the obvious stuff; my family, my health, my bed, my pets. But then it goes deeper. The people in this community. The opportunities I have today. The fact that I woke up with a roof over my head and food in the fridge. Every single time the 60 seconds is up, I find myself thinking of more. 📕 Here's why this matters: Studies show that people who practice daily gratitude experience: - 25% increase in happiness levels - Better sleep quality - Stronger immune systems - Improved relationships - Lower stress and anxiety Gratitude isn't just a feel good practice. It shifts our perspectives. It enhances our lives. Try this for the next 7 days: 1. Every day you wake up. Set a timer for 60 seconds. 2. Think of everything you're grateful for. 3. Speak them outloud. Don't stop until the timer goes off. You'll be surprised how much you have. What's one thing you're grateful for today? Drop it below. 👇 If someone comments and you're thankful for that person, let them know too.

Steve Harvey talks about this as an act to lead to success. He says to actually right down everything you are grateful for and everything you want from The creator. It’s a reiteration of write it down and make it plain. But leading with gratitude is vital for sure. What I have my agents do in that same vein is to keep a journal where they right down there daily wins. It’s not the same but conceptually illicits the same result.
