I've checked all of the boxes at one time or another. Currently I'm in the space of having created another job for myself but that was an intentional choice because of my pivots and evolution over the last 2-3 years. Most healthcare providers unless you're in a clinic or hospital system are forced to be entrepreneurs without business training so you end up in the school of "trial by fire." That was 20 years ago for me, but I went back to school because 1) always wanted to be a doctor and help people and 2) I *hated* my corporate and academic jobs. So I had several practices over the years that did well and I consulted for 9 because of my combined clinical and research background. I was firmly in 6 figure land for a while. But a few years after the pandemic and with the rise of AI (2022-23) the writing on the wall was apparent and my skills as a consultant were not as needed so I let that go. AND, I was no longer finding joy or fulfillment in my practice so I shifted gears into Skool, programs and 1:1 work but it's taken a minute to make it feel like my own and have crystal clarity on all of the details. That finally fell into place in the last month and I feel inspired and joyful again. It's a pleasure to be creating and connecting rather than pushing a boulder up hill. The past 2 weeks I've been deep into the relaunch of my community with this new clarity, alignment, and joy.... an I'm SO damn ready to let the genie out of the lamp! ✨🔥💃🏼💖
