Quick one. How many people did you message last week? Whatever the number is, don't overthink it. Nobody's judging a low one. I sent about six in my first week and half of them were terrible. The thing that actually changed it for me was sending more, not obsessing trying to write better ones. You learn what works from the replies, not from staring at a draft for an hour. Boys, who covers the software costs the client or the operator. like when you first sign a creator, do you ask him to create accounts for all the tech stack needed and take the logins from them. Or, you make them yourself, and charge them separately for it?
