I love him!

My wife and I hosted a Valentine’s Day Fun Shoot at our local archery club today. 30 people participated. Both compound and Traditonal. It was nice to see so many people come out to enjoy archery. My daughter with the heart shot on the coyote paper target. It was a really fun day.

I just started shooting a recurve in December after shooting compound pretty much all my life. I bought a cheapy recurve to see how I would like it. Last night I went to a local indoor 3d trad only league. I was a little nervous but man they accepted right in regardless of the fact they were in week 10 of 12. They explained to me how the shoot works and I loved the whole night. There were only 7 adults and 3 kids but an awesome group. No binoculars and taking forever on every shot, just shooting and cheering each other on. After we shot the 20 targets, the other guys started handing me their bows and allowing me to shoot their to get the feel of different bows. I am addicted and wish I started this years ago.
