..that you've learned so far in your journey as a presenter that you wish you'd understood from the beginning! Example; When I got tricky questions in a meeting or in a presentation, I felt like I had to answer them directly on the spot. This sometimes put me in a "bullshitting position" where I just made stuff up. I later understood that It's okay to not hold all the answers, it's okay to say "You know what, that's a REALLY good question, let me look it up and get back to you on that".

Exactly - I have also learned to echo back the question, then ask a clarifying question As a product manager, it was always about leading with questions while making people feel heard ... - So you are saying <repeat it back briefly> - Could you tell me more about how you would use that / the problem you are trying to solve
Dopamine Spike using % question to my audience
Hi, I listened to yesterday session and applied in a session I facilitated today the dopamine spike tip : I asked my audience about what is the percentage they believe is true for that specific case - it wad online and they wrote in the chat. Then i draw the number on my prepared flipchart (I use flipcharts instead of powerpoint) and the engagement was higher than usual for the next minutes. So wanted to say it works very good:) and thank you for this!

Love that - With ChatGPT (Pay for) you can create cartoons and images like this once you have a great idea. So many great tools out there to do image creation - Images make messages so much more consumable, don't they

๐Ÿ“šHey challengers Today we explored how to inject dopamine into your presentation, which connected you to the concept of spices. Now spices isnโ€™t just a cute metaphor โ€” itโ€™s one of the most powerful models we use to boost engagement, shape standout content, and turn delivery into impact. The JP Spice Rack holds 136 distinct ways to light up your presentations and pitches. Thatโ€™s not a sprinkleโ€ฆ thatโ€™s a full feast. ๐Ÿ‘€ Today, we explored the many ingredients that make a message memorable. ๐Ÿ” Now itโ€™s your turn: _________________________________________________________________________________ โ‰๏ธPick 5 spices you havenโ€™t used before โ€” but will start using in your next presentation or pitch. Think bold. Think playful. Think unexpected. โœจ Drop your 5 below โ€” and if youโ€™re feeling extra spicy, tell us how youโ€™ll use one of them ๐Ÿ‘‡Letโ€™s see how you plan to turn your next talk into a sensory experience worth savouring. ๐ŸŸกWORKBOOK If you want to make notes all in one place over the next few days, be sure to download our editable workbook attached. ๐Ÿ”ฅIf you have been thinking about the RESOURCE PACK, It includes the entire e-book on spices!! Your Guide Taz PS: Tomorrow we hit day 3!! Whattttt? Time flies when you are having fun. Don't miss it!!!!!!

For my presentation, props, videos, quizzes, stories, building up anticipation for a slide - those are the 5 I expect to use the most
Financial reports and KPIs presentations
Hi, I'm wondering how to do presentations of financial reports and KPIs, each month to the same audience, and still keep it interesting without the feeling of being repetitive in the long run thank you?
