I choose life...
And sometimes that choice begins in the most ordinary, human moments. My daughter has been sick for days. You know how it goes… you take care of them, you cuddle them, you breathe the same air, and at some point you just know you’re next. I felt it coming too, that “yep, here we go” moment, already picturing myself stuck in bed. But this time something inside me said: no, not today. One of the most powerful practices I’ve learned, and now teach, is connecting to the Christic grid. It’s a divine current that pulls you back into your original blueprint, the one where we are whole, complete, perfect. When we get sick, we become so "human" that we forget how powerful we actually are. And no, it’s not about “thinking positive” or “fixing your vibe.” It’s just… remembering what our mind can do. When you know your spiritual guides, asking them to plug you into the Christic grid becomes natural, almost effortless. You don’t need reiki or any special energy training. You just need intention and a decision. Is as simple as repeating: I choose life, I choose life, I choose life. Last night, for example, my husband felt awful. Couldn’t sleep. I kept waking up every so often, and every time I did, I repeated in my mind: I choose life. And something interesting happened: a little smile showed up on my face without me even trying. I could feel that electric current moving through me, like the grid was syncing me back to myself… and I’d fall asleep again within minutes. That happened all night. And this morning I woke up… not perfect, not 100%, but definitely not as bad as I “should” have been if I had surrendered to “well, I’m sick now.” Choosing life shifts things. Small things, big things, invisible things. What you choose to hold inside always finds a way to show up on the outside. So today, again, I choose life.

This is beautiful. The power was always inside you and your tūpuna (ancestors) are always with you embracing you in a powerful frequency that aligns with your wairua (soul/spirit). In my culture (Māori) we call that Rongoā Māori - obtaining peace and balance using all senses except sight. It is our NZ indigenous healing system and relies heavily on waiata (song) and karakia (blessings/prayer/intention) and identity. I am absolutely loving finding gems like this where the healing systems are the same or similar and the cultures cross over. Such an honor to have found you, Yay skool!!!!💕
