We use Redtail. We are beta'ing their client review early access. We have two types of meetings on Retirement plans (401(k) 457 etc.) Fiduciary/Benchmarking and Employee Education. We have set up 2 activity types and will eventually tie them to workflows etc. Any ideas on how we could trigger using those two different types which may be at different times. They would both be annually. I have thought of connecting 2 of the same contacts but I'm not sure how that would work. Any ideas out there?

For those of your using the GReminders notetaker, how has your experience been? Would love to hear the good, the bad and the ugly! @Scott Sullivan

We have set this up and recently have found that information is populating into wrong fields on the final form. We have not adjusted anything and have double checked that our custom export is correct. We noticed when Effective tax bracket was 4234200% which equates to the first review date if translated. On that same note, there are fields in the custom export ie Time Horizon, Risk Tolerance etc. that are exported but don't appear on the finished report. Does anyone know of a fix? Maybe a new template is corrected?

Because we do Simple IRAs, we have a lot of small, under $50k clients. We call them Tier 4 and those we are reactive and send them a letter once a year, identifying their risk tolerance, time, horizon and what portfolio they are in. I'm looking for the best way to get that to the clients by email securely. We use Redtail, we have GReminders, and FMG Marketing Suite. Anyone with any input would be great. Last year I used a plug in for Outlook but it turned the text to rainbow color.

Also curious if anyone has compared Zeplyn AI vs. Jump AI when used alongside Redtail? Any feedback or experience with either platform would be super helpful.
