Learning to Think in Constraints
Passed the GRAFTS exam. The most useful shift wasn't learning new tools, it was learning how to think in conditions instead of tasks. Identify the contraint, install the graft, then track until it holds on its own without intervention. Simple framework. Only works with discipline.

@Jake Goss That mirrors my experience too. When I map it out, the blocker almost always traces back to a habit I haven't fully commited to yet. GRAFTS makes that visible fast.

Appreciate that, Domenico! That distinction clicked for me too, less about immediate tactics, more about upgrading how i frame problems. Excited to start applying it on a real graft and build discipline side.
