Vacation is over, and I’m back!
Today is the first day of school for so many of our kids, and I know it’s a day full of excitement, nerves, and emotions. I just dropped my son off in Florida for his sophomore year of college, so I definitely understand the mix of pride and missing them already. Praying for a safe, successful, and blessed school year for all of our children, from the little ones starting kindergarten to the college students chasing their dreams. And to all the parents, especially the moms, I’m praying for peace, strength, and comfort as we watch our babies continue to grow in this world. Wishing everyone an amazing first day!

Happy Tuesday, Mastery Circle Ladies!!
I’m officially getting back into the swing of things after Hawaii. The six-hour time difference is definitely an adjustment, but one thing I’ve learned is that you don’t wait until you feel ready, you get moving anyway. Last night’s workout was simple but effective: ✔️ Stair Stepper warm-up ✔️ Back workout using mostly the cable/pulley system ✔️ Finished with another 5 minutes on the Stair Stepper Sometimes we overcomplicate fitness. You don’t need 20 different exercises. Pick movements that match your goals and stay consistent. Remember, everyone’s goal is different. Some of you want to lose body fat, some want to build muscle, some want more energy, and others simply want to feel stronger. None of those goals are wrong, but your workouts should reflect what you’re actually trying to achieve. This week, ask yourself: What am I training for? Once you’re clear on that, the rest becomes much easier. Let’s have a strong week! Drop a 💪🏽 in the comments if you’ve already knocked out a workout today, post your deets from yesterday or let me know what you’re training today leggooooooo!!!!!

The Choices You Make This Weekend Still Count
Tomorrow starts a long holiday weekend for many of us. Some people have three days off. Some have taken the entire week. Family gatherings, cookouts, road trips, pool parties, and plenty of food are on the calendar. But here’s something worth thinking about: Why do so many people spend months working toward their goals only to completely abandon them during a holiday weekend? The truth is, living a healthy lifestyle isn’t something you turn on and off. It’s not something you practice Monday through Thursday and forget about Friday through Sunday. It’s a way of thinking. Your body keeps score. Every choice matters. Not because one meal will ruin your progress, but because your habits become your identity. June was an incredibly productive month for me professionally. My schedule was packed. Long days, lots of driving, meetings, sales, and less movement than I’m used to. Instead of pretending my activity level hadn’t changed, I adjusted. I scaled back my food intake because I wasn’t burning as much energy. I focused on nutrient-dense meals, stayed mindful, and adapted to my lifestyle instead of forcing a plan that no longer matched my reality. That’s what successful people do. They adjust. This weekend, before you load up your plate, consider a few simple strategies: • Start your day with protein and water. • Fill up on fruit, vegetables, and salads first. • Stay active even a 20-minute walk counts. • Don’t arrive at events starving. • Slow down and enjoy your food instead of mindlessly eating. • Remember that one meal is a choice, but an entire weekend of poor decisions becomes a habit. The strongest muscle you’ll train this weekend isn’t your legs, your glutes, or your core. It’s your mind. Because discipline isn’t tested when everything is easy. It’s tested when everyone around you is doing the opposite of what you know is best for your goals. Enjoy your family. Enjoy the holiday. Make memories. But remember, there is life after July 4th, and your future self will appreciate the choices you make today.

Love it! Thanku for that good advice T! Ur right holidays is usually our “excuse” to splurg but i love that outlook u gave on it! Yes lets focus on our core legs and most importantly appetite haha. One habit im going to try to commit to is making sure i still consume the adequate amout of water and also make sure i at least eat one veggie fri sat and sun lol 👏🏽 lets go!
Happy Sunday, ladies 🤎
Checking in, today is a reset day. A chance to realign, refocus, and get it right going into the new week. I had a full morning with clients, and I just want to make sure everyone is feeling good, grounded, and ready. If you need anything from me, you already know, reach out. Let’s get intentional about this week: • Plan your workouts (at least 3–4 days) • Prep or map out your meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) • Don’t skip meals—fuel your body properly • Prioritize protein in your meals Remember, supplements are secondary. They’re there to support, not replace real food. Science consistently shows that whole food protein supports better satiety, muscle maintenance, and overall metabolic health, especially as we get 30+ and beyond. For my women 30 and up: This is the phase where structure matters more than ever. We’re focusing on maintaining muscle, supporting hormones, and staying consistent, not perfect. Small habits done daily will always outperform random effort.
Happy Sunday, ladies 🤎

🌪️ WILD WEDNESDAY CHECK-IN 🌪️
Let’s be honest… by Wednesday, life starts life-ing 😅 Schedules get crazy!! Energy gets tested. 🥴 Motivation drops. And this is usually the point where people either tighten up… or completely fall off. But remember: Results are not built on perfect days. They’re built on the days you still show up when it would’ve been easier not to. So before today gets away from you: ✔️ Get your water in ✔️ Move your body ✔️ Hit your protein ✔️ Take a walk ✔️ Stretch if you feel stiff ✔️ Protect your mindset Even if today can’t be perfect, make it intentional. Drop below: 1️⃣ How your body feels today 2️⃣ One thing you WILL accomplish for your wellness today 3️⃣ Your workout emoji for the day 👇🏽 Let’s finish this week stronger than we started 💪🏽
