Hi everyone π« I'll be honest with you about where I'm at right now. I just landed in MedellΓn after blowing up my entire life in Atlanta β sold my stuff, sold my car, left my friends and family, and now I'm here, in a country where I don't speak the language fluently, figuring out how to do basic things like grocery shop and get around. And it's been hard. Like, real "holy shit what have I done" energy some days. So tomorrow's talk isn't going to be me speaking from some place of having it all figured out. It's going to be real-time β what it's like to be in the free-fall after the leap, and what's helping me stay grounded when things feel like too much. I also want to make good on something the community needed last week. After the somatic session got canceled last-minute, I know a lot of people were left without the tools they were hoping for. So I'll be sharing some simple somatic techniques β including tapping (EFT) β that you can use anytime your nervous system needs to come back online.
