MMA4AM 🏃♂️ This morning was tough. Five miles with @Michael Worthington . There were moments I wanted to quit. My legs were heavy, my mind was negotiating, and I had to slow down and fast walk more than once. But I didn’t stop. Mike finished before me, but instead of calling it a day, he turned around, came back, and finished the last stretch with me. That’s what brotherhood looks like. Sometimes strength isn’t running the fastest. Sometimes it’s refusing to quit. And sometimes it’s going back for the person who’s still fighting. Today’s run reminded me that the goal isn’t to never struggle. The goal is to keep moving forward, no matter the pace. You don’t have to finish first. You just have to finish. Meet me at 4AM. 🌱
