Poll: Online or IRL? What are you building? 🚀
I want to make sure we’re providing the exact help you need. I’m not here posing with a rented Lamborghini trying to sell you a generic "blueprint." I’ve done all the things and don't have to work any more. I can help you if you want the same. I'm really not a good bragger, but I'll attempt to demonstrate that I really know what I'm talking about... My journey started at rock bottom and led to building real-world business assets - from my early graphic design / printing business and toy store chains in Devon and Cornwall with muti-channel e-commerce sales, to our current manufacturing gifts brand. Along the way, we’ve coded our own bespoke CRM systems (well before AI made it easy), I have partnerships with several other businesses from micro-bakeries to wool shops. and we've grown an expanding property portfolio of houses, shops, and holiday lets, (in fact, we're buying two more shops right now) and I've enjoyed every minute of building this life. If I listened to the "gurus" I'd have chosen one thing, and "focused" and had "one boring offer" blah blah... This is not what true entrepreneurs do - I've got loads of exciting things going on - always have, always will! Entrepreneurs just do whatever excites them - whatever they want to do, and run with it! 𝗗𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻, 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁! 𝗡𝗼-𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝘆 𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻! 𝗜 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗜 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝘁𝗼, 𝗜'𝗺 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗜 𝗪𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗧𝗢! I’ve seen the "zero-capital" mindset work at every level, and where I have weaknesses (yes, we ALL have strengths AND weaknesses!), our Resident Experts fill the gaps. Whether you’re launching a mobile valeting service, a digital marketing agency, or a handmade furniture brand, between us all, we can help you tailor a plan to move forward without putting any of your own money at risk. 𝗩𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗽 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘄: Tell me exactly what the business is (e.g., "A local plumbing firm" or "A Shopify store for eco-toys") and what is currently stopping you from getting it off the ground.

I am building online. Yet many of my (current) 1:1 clients I see in person as well.

@Adam McCollough !? Guess you don't mean me. Did not change my office situation in the last decade. 🤣
I Need Your Advice: Help Me Build Our Next Step
Last night I sat down for a raw strategy session with Goose Dunlavey to pull apart my coaching offer and pricing. If you know me, you know I don't believe in generic "blueprints". I believe every business requires a specific action plan based on your unique skills and resources. Normally, my 1:1 coaching rate is £300 ($400) an hour. But I want to package my brain, my problem-solving, and my experience into an offer that actually fits our "Start a Business with No Money" ethos, while still giving you the high-level mentorship you need to break through your roadblocks. I originally had a plan to launch a $97 and $297 tier. But Goose told me that multiple offers can cut conversions in HALF (He knows Skool a lot better than me). He challenged me to drop the tiers entirely and offer a single, flat-rate $600/month mastermind strictly capped at 20 people to ensure that I am able and willing to deliver the best attention you deserve, so everyone gets massive results. Now, I'm torn... You are the Builders of this community, and you are the heartbeat of this clubhouse. I don't want to guess what you need, so I'm asking you directly. If you were to upgrade to get more direct help from me, which of these three models would you most likely sign up for, and why? These are just EXAMPLES of what the final offer/s could look like: (Please be brutally honest. I won't hold you to it, and nobody is pulling out a credit card today! I just genuinely value your opinion and want to create an offer that works for us all!) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Option 1: The "Hot Seat" Group Tier ($97 / month) - The Vibe: Cheaper, larger group setting where you learn from others' challenges. - What you get: Weekly live focus group sessions where we do "Business Teardowns". You might get a quick 5-10 minute hot seat to let my ADHD-powered brain solve your immediate problem. Plus, you get full access to my paid Substack vault, the resource library, and a 20% discount if you ever want to book a 1:1 call with me.

@Adam McCollough glad it helped you to find YOUR way. ☺️
Who's voice do you hear?
In your head when you have a negative thought? Is the voice yourself? Or is it someone else? Sometimes it is specific phrases that you heard as a kid. Sometimes it alternates Usually when I ask a lot of people tell me it is their own voice. We truly internalize them like that as if it was us. So call me curious. As this often relates to money and business

Too many voices. Yet I tend not to listen… 🙃
My YouTube views went down. My community grew
A few months ago I made a decision that most creators would call backwards. I stopped chasing views and started chasing the right viewers. I changed my titles. I changed my topics. I started making videos for one specific person instead of the widest possible audience. Views dropped. At first that felt bad. The numbers were smaller and YouTube wasn't exactly patting me on the back for it. But the people who were watching? They were joining my Skool community. Booking calls. Asking the exact questions I'd built the community to answer. And here's the part that still gets me. I didn't spend a penny on ads. No paid promotion. No boosted posts. Just the right video in front of the right person at the right time. YouTube is still one of the only platforms where you can build a real business audience from zero, for free. But only if you stop trying to please the algorithm and start trying to solve a specific problem for a specific person. Turns out a video with 200 views from the right 200 people is worth more than 2,000 views from people who were never going to do anything with what you taught them. I'm not trying to go viral. I'm trying to grow a real business. Turns out those two things need very different content strategies. Have you made the switch from chasing views to chasing the right viewers yet, or are you still in the views game?

Never chased. I only have to remember myself to put more of those things put there.
