Just FYI, this video was shot over 4 years ago. And someone who has used REsimpli for years, this video is very dated. There have been a ton of improvements since than. I would suggest going direct to REsimpli to check out more updated videos. And BTW, it is an awesome CRM.

Hey everyone, I live in sunny southern California in the wine country of Temecula (45 min north of San Diego). I've been a licensed Realtor and investor for over 23 years (although I am not very active in that part of the business). I am actively wholesaling nationwide (New to nationwide. Previously focused on Dallas/Ft. Worth & central Florida) as a vehicle to generate immediate cash, to then reinvest not only into my marketing to grow that part of the business, but to acquire creative deals for my portfolio.
