@Megan Shubert I’ll post a quick loom video once I’m back home. But assuming you’re in visual studio/cursor, with the terminal panel open, and a new 0ne session going/stared. All you should need to do is type 1. /resume 2. You’ll see a list/panel with all sessions, you then hit the up ⬆️ or down ⬇️ arrows to select a session 3. Hit enter once the session you want to resume is highlighted

Yea that’s normal, just have to login to Claude again. Do what it says… just type “/login” and it’ll walk you through logging in
