usually don’t like patting myself on the back but I’m blitzing so fuck it. And I’ve been crushing it. So 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 1. Got my Rainbow (thought this was impossibly far a week ago) 2. First on 7 day leaderboard (thought this was impossible with @Gunta Skrastiņa being @Gunta Skrastiņa ) 3. Made it on the all time leaderboard (also thought was impossibly far a week ago) But most importantly only 253 more days till I get to marry my bish @Sam Greiner Moral of the story - your dreams are achievable with loads of caffeine and a willful neglect for common sense. Run towards them. We tickled @Goose Dunlavey last time we got to meet him. What should we do this time?? 🤔🤔

Best step for the first 10 members?

What have you found useful to get your first 10 members to interact with each other and the classroom? I do have a pinned post driving action step by step from Lvl 1 to lvl 3 giving examples of interaction. Maybe it just takes more people to actually engage with the material?

@Mihaly Rosta Also, when the first people are friends, they’re often joining as a favor rather than with real readiness. Because the relationship is personal, they don’t fully see the work for what it is you’re not ‘the guide’ to them, you’re just you. Sometimes familiarity creates a blind spot, and sometimes there’s hesitation to go deep or be vulnerable with someone they know personally. It’s not resistance to the work itself, it’s the dynamic of friendship that can make it harder for them to truly step into that space.
