We truly wouldn’t be able to do our job to the fullest without the support of a TA. Am I right!?! That team relationship can make or break you. I’ve been on both sides of this as a TA and lead, some times a great team from day 1 and other times, something I had to build slowly over time. There’s nothing like your team running like a well-oiled machine, to the point where you don’t have to ask, tell, remind bc they know exactly what to do when. That doesn’t happen overnight, it’s daily systems and consistency. I’d love to know your experiences! What’s one piece of advice you’d give a new teacher about working with their teacher assistant? Hey teacher friends! 👋 Whether you found me through an ad this week or you've walked alongside me for years, I am so glad you're here. A little about what I do, in case we're just meeting. For a little over two years now, I've had the honor of supporting more than 2,000 teachers inside the Pre-K Prep Club. It started small and it has never stopped growing, because I build it around one thing: your feedback.
