Simplicity
Nothing is hard... and nothing is easy... I will say everything is a process. The plan is a step by step process that starts and eventually finishes. So, this being said...We can see steps that need to be completed to achieve the outcome we plan or wish to bring to reality. So, there is no easy, nor is there a hard path to financial freedom.. Although, seeing the step-by-step set of tasks to achieve the path to financial freedom puts the path into simple steps, that once all are complete. You eventually, should have the projected outcome before you because you worked a simple step-by-step process. It may "feel" easy or it may feel "hard"... Take emotion out of the equation and look at the simplicity of the plan. Working the simple plan will make it look easy... Achieving freedom one step at a time, rlh

Simplicity is KING! For me, the real breakthrough was discovering how to build out simple processes that make creating our first (or next) product—whether it’s an eBook, course, SaaS, or coaching offer—fast, stress-free, and doable with 'free' tools (no subscriptions, no tech overwhelm). To put it in perspective: - My first eBook took me about 1.5 years to finish. - The second one took a few months. - The third? Just an afternoon. That’s the power of simplicity—once you see the steps clearly, the process speeds up and feels lighter every time.

@Ruben Ledesma Hudson thanks! I spent years struggling to reach the level I’m at now, and that’s why I’m so passionate about helping new creators, side‑hustlers, and solopreneurs avoid the same frustrations and financial strain. What I’ve learned is that once you break things down into simple processes, the journey speeds up and feels lighter. That’s how I now support others with: - Clarifying their brand identity - Building an MVP and website without tech overwhelm - Crafting sales pages that actually convert - Setting up automation and AI tools to keep things simple and scalable. For me, simplicity isn’t just a concept — it’s the key to reducing overwhelm and making freedom achievable step by step.

SM Ad Fastrack training in classroom
Does anyone know what happened to the SM AD Fastrack training. It's disapeared from Classroom and I was about 75% way through it?

@Stephen Gibson I don’t believe they can just retire courses we’ve already paid for—especially not without notice or consent. When we purchase something, we should have continued access, or at least the ability to download it. At the very least, they should restore access to what we paid for and allow downloads before removing anything, or provide an updated alternative at the same time the old ones are retired. Removing half the courses overnight feels like buying a car and later having the dealer take away the tyres, saying they were ‘old.’ That kind of approach is poor customer support—and could even be seen as a breach of contract or consumer rights.
Struggles: Focus and Consistency - A Real Talk
Ever had a moment where someone asked you the right question at the right time—and it flipped a switch in your mind? A while back, I had one of those conversations with a friend that changed everything: 💬 Friend: So you’re stepping away from your old job (your financial stability), bursting with creative ideas, but not earning enough yet from your ‘product’? 👉 Let me ask you this - Is staying exactly where you are, doing what you’ve done until now, even an option? 🔥 Me: No. Absolutely not! 💬 Friend: 'Does your family—your wife, kids—feel it day by day if you're not earning enough?' 👉 Me: Of course. Maintaining our lifestyle and providing for the family is my No.1 priority. 💬 Friend: Brilliant! So—what do you need to do tomorrow and every day this week to make sure your lifestyle remains steady without fail? 👉 Me: 'Well, if I did X tomorrow, then Y the next day, followed by W...' 💬 Friend: So you know what to do—why aren’t you doing it then? 🧠 That’s when it hit me. It’s not just about knowing—it’s about taking action. Let’s break this down: 🔹 What’s the ONE THING you truly want—and WHY? (This becomes your focus point) 🔹 How committed are you? Rate it from 0 to 100% (Be honest—because anything less than 100% guarantees struggle.) 🔹 What’s the first micro-goal you need to tackle today? (Small wins build consistency) 🔹 Have you made it impossible to ignore? Write it down. Print it out. Stick it everywhere—on the fridge, living room wall, office desk—where you can’t ignore it. (Visual reminders maintain focus) The Formula: 🚀 Work on it! Work on it! Work on it! Evaluate. Adjust. Repeat. 🔄 This is how you build your focus muscles. This is how consistency becomes a habit. 💡 What’s your take on this? 🔥 Have you ever faced a moment like this—where everything clicked? 👇 Drop your thoughts below!

@Rhett Lewis, love the one-thing focus—so smart. And that nightly excuse audit? Total game-changer. Which excuse keeps sneaking in for you? Mine’s the classic “family first” steal-your-time move. Keep smashing it!
🎯 Popular Topics in High Demand
These are 5 topics eager beginners often seek and ask about again and again: (Growthworks helps address many of these) - Course Creation Basics – Where do I start? How do I structure it? Which platform should I use? - Audience Development & Marketing – How do I find people, grow trust, and get engagement? - Time Management & Consistency – I know what to do… but how do I stay on track? - Tech Setup & Tools Simplification – Can I keep things simple without getting overwhelmed? - Monetization Strategies – How should I price, promote, and sell effectively? Which one sounds most like you? update: Picked one—or something else entirely? Don’t just drop a headline—give us the story behind it 😉

@Darryl Krige Sorry for the delayed reply—I was pretty sure I’d responded when I first read your comment! 😳 What shifted for me was stepping back and looking at the entire system—realising I thought I had one, but I didn’t. Once I stripped it down and rebuilt with way more simplicity, things started to flow. 💣💥 Your point about stewardship really resonates. It’s not just about charging—it’s about guiding someone through a meaningful change, and that’s worth something.

@Vicki Pollack Love that honesty—‘All of the above’ is a real mood for so many of us starting out. If you had to pick just one thing that’s slowing you down the most right now, what would it be? Share a bit more and we might be able to offer a pointer to help you move through it faster. 🙂
